packing for palm springs!

it feels like the right time to brag about our upcoming annual trip to palm springs! we will be spending three glorious days in the desert oasis over labor day weekend. we've gone every year since max was a baby. josh and i spent our babymoon there before i told anyone i was pregnant. it's a special place.

palm springs is also the one place where i can really relax. the only thing on my to-do list is chilling by the pool and making cocktails. but i also have to look comfy, yet cool and of course cute while working really hard at doing basically nada. with this travel esthetic in my mind, i have already started packing. now i am sharing with you my list of airy, happy + lightweight clothing and simple makeup and hair essentials.

CLOTHING. jersey jumpsuit for lounging, fun pajamas just because, retro t-shirt + denim shorts, yellow bikini + cover-up + straw hat, a maxi dress, sunnies are a MUST

MAKEUP. keeping it simple with just a few key players: bb cream, lip + cheek color, eyebrow filler, waterproof mascara + dewy finish makeup setting spray

HAIR. shampoo + conditioner; surf spray, dry shampoo.

ALSO: an amazing dress (worthy of its own category)
